Once a former metalsmith shop circa 1917 and situated in the heart of Purcellville, Virginia, “Bia Kitchen” offers a uniquely designed space perfectly set for a relaxed and friendly dining experience. With the help of our design team the entire restaurant interior includes custom bar furnishings, flooring, millwork, art and light fixtures – all custom crafted in Drogheda Ireland, a town just north of Dublin.
From shore to soil, Bia Kitchen is committed to delivering a menu equipped with the freshest seafood, meats, small game and produce. Maintaining a strong relationship with our local and international food and beverage suppliers is key to providing our customers with the consistency of quality and freshness found in all of our ingredients.
Our seasonal menus are inspired by the finest local organic produce available to us and prepared with creativity and passion. These seasonal menus will deliver a vast collection of dishes native to countries and regions throughout Europe. In preparation of each dish, we use creative techniques to infuse flavor and presentation.
An essential part of our production is the use of whole grains native to Virginia. We hand mill the grain on site to guarantee freshness in the preparation of our breads, doughs, pastas, pastries and polentas. Bia’s food could be described as natural and honest, the quality of our ingredients resonates in every dish.
Bia Kitchen boasts a vast selection of Irish Whiskeys paired with a variety of signature cocktails. We use select ingredients and old school techniques in the preparation and presentation of each crafted cocktail. Our professional and seasoned bartenders provide customers with a unique experience in the art of mixology.
